A half-day (4 hours) participative session, in-company, onsite, or by open enrolment, on how to steer change in their organizations to ensure success. Open enrolment masterclasses are limited to 10 participants for maximum involvement.We explain the change management process and human reactions to change. We advise on what questions to ask, do’s and don’ts, how to help, and inform on best practices for guiding change, mobilizing leaders, engaging and communicating with stakeholders, aligning the organization and preparing the workforce for the successful “to-be” situation.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a replacement.
