Be it as the result of change in company direction, strategy, organization or as part of new business processes and/or IT systems, these changes need to be guided for success. Too many business initiatives have not reached the expected results due to not addressing the required change process properly.

A 4hr masterclass developed from our experience in managing business and organizational change with small, medium and large (multi-national) client organizations, with a pragmatic approach, and addressing your specific needs.

How?

A half-day (4 hours) participative session, in-company, onsite, or by open enrollment, on how to steer change in their organizations to ensure success. Open enrollment masterclasses are limited to 10 participants for maximum involvement.We explain the change management process and human reactions to change. We advise on what questions to ask, do’s and don’ts, how to help, and inform on best practices for guiding change, mobilizing leaders, engaging and communicating with stakeholders, aligning the organization and preparing the workforce for the successful “to-be” situation.

The open enrollment masterclasses are to be held in locations that will be determined, centrally in The Netherlands. Easy to reach by car and public transport. Convenient starting and closing times.

Facilitator

Delia Wind: manager and all-round IT professional (30+ years) mostly in Oil & gas business working in complex and international environments with experience in Programme- and Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Organisational Change.

Rob Proeme: accomplished program manager, developed at global companies, track record with business & IT innovation change programs for Oil & gas worldwide (new ways of working). Since 2011 coached global change programs at AkzoNobel and Philips.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, you may send a replacement. If you want to cancel, please do so at least 2 weeks before the start of the masterclass by sending an email to Marie Louise at masterclass@bastagroup.nl.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of startdate cannot be refunded.
It may be possible that masterclasses are rescheduled for practical reasons. In that situation the participant can join with priority or request cancellation with the refund of full payment.
